How can I cancel my iD Mobile contract?
Q My wife had a stroke last year and can no longer use her smartphone. In January, I attempted to cancel her SIM-only contract with iD Mobile (www.idmobile.co.uk) by leaving a message on its recorded service, and then cancelled the monthly direct debit. I never got a response from iD Mobile, and am now being chased by a debt-recovery service for £24. This seems unfair to me. Do you agree?
