THREE HUNDRED ISSUES. JEEZ, WHERE DID the time go? Hard to believe that it’s half my lifetime ago that our small founding team were hunkered down at Towers in the late summer of 1998, burning the midnight oil to finish the first ever issue of the magazine. When we finally saw it rolling off the press at the printer’s I don’t think I’ve ever felt so tired, or been more proud. In fact, despite best (and sometimes ill-advised) efforts, it’s a career high I’ve yet to surpass.
