Robert Douglas
Robert is the director at Signature Pictures Academy, a social enterprise dedicated to combatting youth unemployment and diversifying the UK film industry by training and securing ongoing work for black, Asian and minority ethnic youngsters.
He is a husband and father of two boys aged 4 and 8, they recently welcomed our dog, Marlow, to the family.
Robert also runs an Instagram account documenting fatherhood and breaking down stereotypes.
