I’VE always loved menus with matching wine suggestions, even though sommeliers have been a fixture for decades. For starters, you can relax and let someone else do the thinking and deciding. You also discover interesting wines that you might not have chosen yourself. And, lastly, a complete package, so to speak, really adds to the overall dining experience.
