In 2021, CSF teamed up with F1 cooling system manufacturer, PWR, to release the world’s first high-performance intercooler system for the 992 Turbo and Turbo S. With over 200 systems sold, CSF is now proud to release a high-performance intercooler system for three-litre 992 models, including the Carrera, S, 4, 4S and GTS. Designed and engineered as a true plug-and-play unit utilising all factory mounting points (with no cutting or modification required), this lightweight TIG-welded intercooler system features F1-grade two-row cores with twenty-six 3mm-high rolled tubes (more than double the number of the standard Porsche intercooler), CNC-machined billet end tanks (as opposed to the factory system’s crimped plastic parts) and OEM-style inlet/outlet connections for precise fitment with all stock engine equipment. Thoroughly dyno tested by industry professionals, eliminating heat soak and promoting lower air intake temperatures for maximum performance, CSF’s offering is available to order from select international dealers.
