How to make and enjoy your own cacao

• Place 25 grams of ceremonial-grade, ethically sourced cacao• Allow to warm slowly over a low heat (overheating will reduce some of the benefits of the cacao), continually whisking so that the milk and cacao blend together as the cacao melts. Optional extras include sweetener, cinnamon, chilli or mushroom powder.• Wrap your hands around your mug of cacao and enjoy mindfully, noticing the effect the drink has on your mind and body.
