A2

The A2 was inspired by Andy Irons and now tweaked and designed for Aiden Maisencamp. A squarish rail around the fin area and a hard rail a little higher up for quick manoeuvers. It has a smooth rocker with a little flick up in the nose. To be ridden from small to as big as you can paddle into.

SPIN TWIN

The Spin Twin now available in epoxy! This shape is an upgrade on the original Pro Twin. New fin position pulled further back. Ridden 2” shorter than usual, the width and volume under the chest give ease of paddling. The rounded pin whips off the top. “The Spin Twin floats like a longboard and surfs like a thruster and turns like a twin-fin, with no slide-out. You don’t have to nurse the rail.”

It was a privilege to be the editor of this publication, and there are many moments that stand out; but the one that perhaps helped define the direction the magazine would take over the years to come was a more understated affair. I was in Senegal, o
