uly is sometimes a quiet month in our gardens – the hustle and bustle of early summer is over, and we are settling into a gentle jog through the next few weeks. There are lots of plants doing their thing, but we need to plan and make sure there are spaces for fizzy annuals, late perennials and (of course) the first of the dahlias.
