Set in New Orleans, the eight-parter follows a diverse group of friends whose lives are transformed by a tragedy. plays nerdy Julian, who has cerebral palsy and yearns for more independence from his adoptive mother Brenda ( Kim Cattrall), while newcomer Fin Argus is Mingus, a cocky yet incredibly inexperienced high school student, and star Devin Way is commitment-phobic Brodie.
