MY start date at the Pytchley with Woodland fell on a Friday. To avoid any bad luck I first walked out my new pack of hounds at 3pm sharp on the Thursday afternoon. This took me back to eight years ago when I was starting at the Belvoir as first whipper-in to Mr Holliday.
