Cucumber, watermelon and feta salad
This sweet-savoury dish is sure to become a favourite. SERVES 4 PREP 25 MINS COOK 15 MINS
* 200g feta, drained and cut into 3cm cubes
* 5tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1 small red onion, very finely sliced into rounds
