Find Your Creative FLOW

People talk about reaching “flow state” with their writing, but rarely does anyone tell us how to find that flow in the first place. What we need is a framework, a method that gives us structure and addresses those peripheral aspects of the writing life, like motivation or resilience. The Creative FLOW approach is designed to fill this gap so you can get words on the page and keep writing, even when life presents challenges. At the heart of the framework is the acronym FLOW, where each letter represents a different aspect of your writing life. Each area has specific techniques and exercises, to help you reach that flow state and flourish as a writer.

F = Find Your Focus
