JBL HDI-3600

Harman’s JBL is one of the USA’s largest loudspeaker manufacturers, building thousands of products across the domestic hi-fi, commercial audio and professional sound fields. Our floorstanders round-up here will finish with one of its top ‘Project’ designs, the K2 S9900, sitting up around $80k the pair. But here, for less than a tenth of the money, is something which represents a new direction for the company, part of JBL’s series of ‘HDI’ (High Definition Imaging) models that offer new finishes and more décor-friendly tower designs, with the only flat surfaces being the tops and bottoms.
