THE AMERICAN RODEO

he one-day American Rodeo kicked off with a bang March 6 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as rodeo contestants from’s parent company, Teton Ridge, is the richest single-day event in all of Western sports. It is a true open-competition format event bringing together top professional rodeo champions and everyday, hardworking and talented cowboys and cowgirls in a winner-take-all competition. The 2022 edition was the biggest yet with a $3 million combined payout. Fan excitement grew throughout the day as athletes worked through the semi-final rounds. Then, before the finals started, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill performed a live concert to get the energy in the arena pumping.
