DIY card apertures

I’m really struggling to buy nice three-fold aperture cards that aren’t white or cream. Can you do an article on how to fold and cut our own cards? Maybe a review of die-cut machines that would cut nice circle, square and rectangle apertures? Any help would be great to escape
