What springs to mind when you think of JCB’s Fastrac? Comfort for sure, along with safety on the road and versatility, however, operator controls have long been a missing piece of the jigsaw. This has become ever more pertinent with the introduction of Valtra’s Smart Touch, Fendt’s FendtOne, Deere’s Command Pro and CNH’s latest generation of configurable controls.

Hoping to woo operators into the British built tractor, JCB’s design team confined its dated joystick and small screen to the factory museum and sought out farmers and contractors to see what their ideal control setup would be.
