Currently working on? I just wrapped up a store installation at Dover Street Market in London and I’m starting to work on the design for the spring 2023 Heaven by Marc Jacobs season [where the New York-based Australian is the creative lead]. We’ve enlisted a band who has always been a huge inspiration to me, so I’m looking forward to this season.

When do you feel most creative? When I’m collaborating with friends. Friendship is at the core of the brand and I love being able to exchange ideas and create things with people I love. Learning new things and using those things to inform your creativity is also very rewarding for me.

What inspires you? My childhood. It’s always interesting how the 1990s and early 2000s cycle back into trend, all of the bands, directors and fashion I used to love are now super relevant again. It makes design and marketing for this line come very naturally.

Currently working on? I just finished my entries for the Sulman and Wynne art prizes – fingers crossed – and I’m now working on my solo show for China Heights Gallery in November, in amongst also finishing a record for one of my bands.
