Two-factor tools

Ask just about any security expert: “what’s the easiest and most reliable way to protect my identity online” and the answer will almost always be the same: “use multi-factor authentication”, also known as two-factor authentication (2FA).

Password-only protection is well known to be very flawed. They’re often easily cracked; they’re vulnerable to phishing and keyloggers; people use the same password for multiple sites. If you’re only using a password to protect your various logins, then you’re doing security wrong.
