■ OLD Kiln Light Railway will celebrate its 40th anniversary of running at the Rural Life Living Museum in Tilford, Surrey, with a September 10/11 gala. The line’s O&K 0-6-0T , in its 100th anniversary year, and an additional visiting steam locomotive, which has not been identified but seems likely to be an Orenstein & Koppel.
