Wedge Salad with White Cheddar Pimiento Cheese Dressing

6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
2 cups multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large head iceberg lettuce, quartered
White Cheddar Pimiento Cheese Dressing (recipe follows)
1 cup sliced green onion
