Striking a chord

Hi Mau,

Catching up on past issues – I’m up to December 2021 – and there’s a pictorial report from Rob James showing pictures from Morecambe in 1983 with a request for further information should any pictures ‘strike a chord’.

The first picture (top left on the first page) is of two young lads, Eddie and Jez.

Both of them come magazine’s ‘Tales from the Vault’ and it wasn’t until writing them (and other reminiscences that are not scooter-related) that I realised that Eddie was at the front and centre of everything that we did. My story of the ’83 Morecambe rally was published in October 2020.
