BRITISH senior and young riders took to the podium at Le Mans CDI4* last week. At his first show since the Europeans, Sintano Van Hof Olympia pulled it out of the bag to land both the grand prix and grand prix special for Gareth Hughes.

“He was quite fresh but good in the arena, ” reported Gareth. “We had a few blips in the special; we cantered out of the first halt and had a jog in the walk, but he’s reliable in all the difficult things now, which is exciting.”
