The first question for Dennis was why did you build this, as you already have an outstanding ’39 Chevrolet street rod sedan. “I had a vision of the existing ’39 dollars burning a hole in my pocket and no sense of what it took to do something like this.” Dennis had found a pair of NOS Corvette headlights even before the project had started, cementing his ideas to build his version of a ’39 ‘VETTE.

Dennis had commissioned Keith Kaucher to create a rendering of his vision, so with many back and forth ideas, and after a few adjustments, it was completed, finally settling on an early Corvette
