live close to Lake Michigan, so I’m hooked on the changing skies and colours of the lake for reference for my watercolours. Whilst online, I recently discovered the Normandy town of Etretat in France. This picturesque spot attracted many Impressionist painters, who can provide some information about Etretat from an artist’s perspective? I’ll be traveling from Chicago and will stay at a local hotel. Thanks very much in advance for any and all suggestions.
