MANAGING TRAINING LOAD TO INCREASE FITNESS

So you want to get a bit fitter but you’re not sure where to start. Many grand plans to increase fitness start with a fit of motivation, usually followed by a few days of pushing your limits, then finish with a spectacular period of snoozing and beers.
