FANFIC TO FREELANCING
‘Before I transitioned into being a freelance journalist, I used to be a fanfiction writer,’ writes subscriber Wing Si Li.
‘Whether people like it or not, fanfiction made me the journalist I am today. Fan-fiction also helped me with not only my university essays years ago but also my permanent transition into becoming a journalist. Looking back, my upcoming 17th fan-fiction anniversary makes me feel old. Not to mention, I wrote more journalistic and blog articles than fan-fictions.
