Still the standard-bearer

AT THIS stage of time in the avicultural hobby, there do not seem to be many new books being put out that are readily available to new hobbyists, or even those who have been in the hobby for a while. In light of that, I thought that I would review this book, which has made an impression on me over the years.

I am often asked by novice canary breeders, or those generally by G.B.R. Walker. This hard-covered book was first printed and made available to the public in 1987. A paperback version later became available, in 1993.
