Suri Cruise, who turned sweet 16 last month, never gave up hope that she would one day be reunited with her estranged dad Tom Cruise. Sadly, sources now tell Woman’s Day that the teen’s once-unshakeable plan to publicly reunite may have fallen by the wayside.

“Suri makes out like being without her father is no big deal, but it is,” reveals a family pal of the high school student, who hasn’t been snapped with her famous dad, 59, since 2013. “She’s always been curious about him,” the insider adds, revealing she watches all of his films.

Unfortunately, over the years, Tom’s public image has taken a beating – from quirky Scientology tales forever making headlines in the US to the more recently leaked audio of him screaming at cast and crew on set of .
