COVID SEVERITY EXPLAINED

hy do some people get mild Covid-19 while others become extremely sick or even die? Australian scientists say those who become very, they found genetic defects that compromise the immune system may account for 3-5% of all severe Covid-19 cases in the under-70s. They also say immune system-related antibodies that stop the body fighting Covid-19 effectively were found in about 20% of severe cases in the under-70s and in 20% of patients who died from the disease.
