According to latest data from the 2020/21 harvest, Australia produced 165 million cases of 12 x 75cl bottles of wine. Red wines accounted for 95 million cases (58 per cent of production) and white/rosé wines 70 million cases (42 per cent). During this bumper year for production, Australia became the fifth largest wine producer in the world.
