□ 2 green pipe cleaners or craft wire, 30cm long each

□ Black embroidery thread

□ White pipe cleaner, 30cm long

□ White covered craft wire, 1m long x 1mm diameter

34 sts 42 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over stocking stitch using 2.25mm needles

Row 1 (WS) Kfb, K1. [3 sts]

Row 2 P1, K1 tbl, P1.

Row 3 Kfb, P1, K1. [4 sts]

Row 4 Pfb, K1 tbl, purl to end. [5 sts]

Row 5 K2, P1, K2.

Row 6 Pfb, P1, K1 tbl, purl to end. [6 sts]

Row 7 Kfb, K1, P1, K3. [7 sts]

Row 8 P2tog, P1, K1 tbl, P1, p2tog. [5 sts]

Row 9 K2, P1, K2.

Break yarn and leave sts on a holder.

LEGS (MAKE 2)

Cast on 10 sts using 2.25mm needles and Yarn C.

Start at the base.

Rows 1 to 14 Starting with a RS knit row, work in st st.

Row 15 Kfb, knit to last st, kfb. [12 sts]

Rows 16 to 34 Starting with a WS purl row, work in st st.

Break yarn and leave sts on a holder.
