ARICA TBC

★★★☆☆ OUT 6 MAY CINEMAS

This damning doc. In procedural fashion, William Johansson Kalén and Lars Edman track a court case brought on by arsenic-poisoned inhabitants of Arica, encountering grief and anger in Chile, and guilt, denial and corporate obfuscation in Sweden. The film becomes almost as much about its own making as the case, an advantage and distraction in near-equal measure.
