Quarters: Middle of the Barber Denominations

In this column, in the past couple of years we have looked at plenty of different half dollar designs in our search for bargains among the many United States coin series; and we have examined quite a few of the various quarter designs as well. Thus far, however, we have managed to miss the Barber quarters. Let’s remedy that, and see if there are any bargains squirreled away among this set of 25-cent pieces whose production straddled the 19th and 20th centuries.
