A luxury of shellfish, in season

We are incredibly fortunate in the UK to be surrounded by some of the world’s finest shellfish. Sweet, succulent and nutritious, it can be cooked and served in an impressive variety of ways to make a luxurious feast. If you can’t get to your local fishmonger, like the majority of food and drink, British shellfish are now readily available online and can be delivered to your door.

This month’s recipes include native lobsters, which are just coming into season, and brown crabs and Pacific rock oysters, which can be eaten all year round.
