ASK US ANYTHING

My friends are all very athletic and play sports at our school. It’s getting to the point where I can’t keep up with them — or their conversations. How can I get more fit and more into sports?

The hardest part of fitness is getting into. My best piece of advice: Start small. Whether you’re running, lifting weights, cycling or performing any other exercise, there’s no need to attempt too much too soon. I also recommend working out with a friend. Maybe one of those athletic buddies of yours would enjoy helping you get started. That camaraderie will keep you accountable and push you more.
