A story you may be interested in, my 75 years of motorcycling. I am 13 years old in the left-side photo on my 1920s Matchless 250cc side-valve. The right-side photo is me, 75 years later. At 88 years of age, my ride now is a 2015 Yamaha YZF-R3.

In between those years I have had a small career of competition including accelerating trials, obstacle trials, hill climbs and beach racing. My preferred means of transport has always been my motorcycle. BSAs and Triumphs were always used up until the 1960s, then the trail-riding bug caught on so Bultaco, Ossa and then Yamahas filled my garage.
