BRITAIN is awakening from a 30-year dream. Ever since the fall of the Berlin Wall, we have assumed we lived in a world where nothing would prevent us from getting the food and energy we needed and in which the possibility of a European war had been relegated to history. The shock of the invasion of Ukraine was all the had inaugurated and undermines the security we have for so long taken for granted.
