TRIUMPH SPITFIRE (1962-1980)
he Spitfire was the first of Triumph’s range of small sporty cars based on the underpinnings of the Herald, and it turned out to be the most successful and the longest lived. The slinky wasp-waisted bodywork came from Michelotti and thanks to that Herald heritage it featured a spacious and well-equipped cockpit.
