The Hallé and the BBC Philharmonic join forces for a complete Vaughan Williams Symphony Cycle in Manchester. The BBC Phil concerts have; on 30 April Mark Elder conducts alongside Symphony No. 6; and on 12 May Elder returns to the podium to conduct the Eighth Symphony.
