Smith’s Kathy and husband Martin (Michael Jibson) find themselves getting nowhere when faced with the apparently corrupt local legal system. It’s written by Danny Brocklehurst, whose Netflix adaptations of and from the Harlan Coben novels suggest this might veer towards the pulpy.
