Chef Ivan Brehm’s illustrious culinary journey in Singapore began in 2013 when he took the helm of The Kitchen at Bacchanalia after working around the world, including four years in famed British chef Heston Blumenthal’s kitchen. The restaurant earned a Michelin star in 2017, and Ivan left the same year to start his restaurant, Nouri.
In mid-2020 Ivan opened Appetite on Nouri’s upper floors.
