As she welcomes HELLO! inside the beautiful property, which boasts ten bedrooms and 12 bathrooms across the main house and two guest houses, as well as a huge swimming pool built directly next to the golden sand beach, designer and philanthropist Dee, a former model, looks relaxed and happy.

And it’s no wonder. This house, which is one of fewer than 100 on the exclusive private Caribbean island – made famous by Princess Margaret – has been designed to encourage pure relaxation.
