The CE in its name stands for “Core Edition”, but this phone has little in common with the regular OnePlus Nord 2 (see issue 325, p68). Rather, it’s a modest evolution of last year’s affordable OnePlus Nord CE (see issue 325, p70).
For £299 it comes with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and 5G, in your choice of Grey Mirror or Bahama Blue finish. That’s £100 less than the Nord 2, and more on par with the) and Xiaomi Poco F3 ().
