Open Season

ALL THE RIDERS HAVING battled it out for the top spot in the qualifying session, it was Jorge Martin on the Pramac Racing Ducati who took pole position, followed by Enea Bastianini (Gresini Racing Ducati) in their first race back as an independent team. Six-time MotoGP champion Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) completed the front-row line-up, having qualified in third place. The margins were very close this time as the top 12 riders were separated by just one second at the end of the qualifying session.
