The mid-size SUV segment has many strong offerings. How do Volkswagen India plan to attract customers with the new Taigun?
With the Polo and the Vento, we have been very successful in the Indian market. Even today, for a car like Polo, the demand far outstrips the supply. From that perspective, I would say that our product offering, the features, and unique DNA that Volkswagen offer is very well understood by the customers; be it in terms of build quality, safety, and the confidence that a car-buyer gets from a Volkswagen.
