In a shocking state

The simplest way to verify if a car's shock absorbers are working properly is to give them the bounce test. Push down sharply on each corner of your car and let it come back up. The car should just recover its height and then stop. If it continues to bounce up and down, your shock absorbers (also referred to as hydraulic dampers) aren't working.

If your car won't move at all when you press on it in the front or back, the valves may be clogged in one or more shock absorbers, preventing any movement at all. Also, if things move easily
