BEST-EVER JANUARY FOR GREAT CENTRAL RAILWAY
With final Covid restrictions lifted just the day before the event, the Winter Steam Gala at the Great Central Railway on 28-30 January saw nearly 4,000 people attend over the three days.
Coupled with the previous two weekends that saw the in action before its overhaul, GCR spokesman Michael Stokes said that it could have been the most successful January on record for the railway.
