AUSSIE CULTURAL ICONS

Australia is blessed with a proud and rich Indigenous culture dating back 60,000 years and, in all walks of life, First Nations people are making incredible achievements while representing their people and land. From politics and the arts to education and science, those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage are role models for younger generations, inspiring them to achieve greatness in their lives.

When it comes to sport, Australia boasts a wealth of talented Indigenous athletes taking their exploits to the world and giving a voice to First Nations people. In the name of recognising the efforts of these deserving men and women, we pay tribute to the sporting superstars lighting up FOX SPORTS, FOX FOOTY, FOX LEAGUE and ESPN while also inspiring as cultural ambassadors.
