Spring in Full Swing

By mid-spring, the kitchen garden at Thyme is poised to swing into full production. For head gardener Victoria Bowsher and her team, it’s a challenge to keep up with the constant demands of sowing and planting. In the greenhouses, seedlings are flourishing and must be pricked out and potted on before they outgrow their lodgings. Victoria also liaises with the chefs to work out what crops will be needed in the hotel kitchen over the coming months and plans her planting schedule
