Keeping a balance

NDC Last season, we enjoyed a superb day’s walked-up shooting with friends on Bodmin Moor. Our host, having recently taken over his family home and moved back to Cornwall, was faced with a dilemma over how to keep the farm viable while protecting its extraordinary biodiversity. His enthusiasm for this unique piece of country is highly infectious and really got me thinking about how we view the sporting environment we are fortunate enough to hold in trust.
